All of our meats are slow smoked in an Ol' Hickory smoker ranging from 5-17 hours. Our main source of flavor is the wood we use to smoke. Apple wood is the base, and depending on the meat we might mix that with hickory, pecan, and/or white oak.

All barbecue meals are served with your choice of two sides and complimentary jalapeno & cheddar cornbread or sweet corn bread.
